James Greenaway Therapies Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with James Greenaway Therapies, you agree to the following terms:
Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance. Confirmation of booking indicates your agreement to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a cancellation fee will be charged.
This fee must be paid before any further appointments can be made.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. The full session fee will still apply.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a cancellation fee being applied as follows;
40min/55min sessions - £13
90min/120min sessions - £27
Health & Medical Information
Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other health concerns prior to treatment. This information is kept confidential and used to ensure safe practice.
Right to Refuse Treatment
James Greenaway Therapies reserves the right to refuse or end a treatment if the therapist feels the client’s health, behaviour, or condition makes the treatment unsafe or inappropriate. Full charges may still apply.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of treatment.
Cancellation fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
Changes to Terms
James Greenaway Therapies reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
