The three plans available start with my entry level "Essential Care" , then the next tier up is the recovery & performance plan, this is my most popular one, and the top tier is the premium wellness plan. With the recovery & performance plan and the premium wellness plan, you get an extra massage for FREE during your birthday month.

Unused massages can be rolled over to a max of 1 month, and you can cancel anytime after the first 2 months.

How it works

3. Fill out the request form at the bottom of this page

4. You will then receive a confirmation email to let you know if you have been registered onto a plan

5. You will then receive a subscription email with a link to your account where you can manage your subscription and update your card details.

6. Your plan is active and you can enjoy your discounted massages until you want to cancel

7. You can cancel or pause your account anytime after the first 2 months.

Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview

Massage memberships are billed monthly and provide a set number of treatments per month depending on the plan selected.

2. Payment Terms

• Memberships are billed monthly via your chosen payment method

• Payments are taken on the same date each month

• Sessions are allocated once payment has been received

• Membership fees are non-refundable

3. Minimum Commitment

• All memberships require a minimum commitment of 2 months

• After this period, memberships can be cancelled or paused at any time

4. Session Usage

• Sessions must be used within the monthly billing period

• Unused sessions can roll over for 1 additional month only

• After this period, unused sessions will expire

5. Booking & Cancellations

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment

• Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the session being deducted

• Bookings are subject to availability

7. Membership Benefits

• Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered client

• An extra massage is included for your birthday Free of charge for the Recovery & Performance plan and the Premium Wellness plan. This must be taken during your birthday month and cannot be carried over to another month.

8. Free or Bonus Sessions

• Any free or bonus sessions included in a membership must be used within the active membership period

• These cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred

9. Suspension of Membership

• Memberships may be paused after the first 2 months of your plan starting

• Notice must be given in advance

10. Changes to Membership

• Membership terms, pricing, or benefits may be updated with reasonable notice

• Existing members will be informed in advance of any changes

• If you cancel or pause your membership, you will be entitled to have the massages that you have paid for upto your last billing cycle.

11. Therapist Availability

• In the unlikely event of therapist unavailability, appointments will be rescheduled

• No refunds will be given, but sessions will remain valid

12. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to treatment

• The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe

13. Miscellaneous

• Massage subscription plans cannot be used with any other promotion, offer, corporate offer, discount, loyalty scheme or refer a friend. This is because you are already getting a bigger discount
